API Free Forged Floating Ball Flange Ball Valve
This valve is an API Free forged floating ball flange ball valve designed for reliable on-off control in high-pressure piping systems. The body is manufactured from F304 stainless steel forging, offering excellent structural integrity and pressure resistance under demanding service conditions. The floating ball mechanism utilizes line pressure to achieve secure bidirectional shutoff, ensuring dependable sealing performance. With a full-bore flow path and manual lever operation, the valve provides low flow resistance and fast, efficient isolation for industrial and energy applications.

Structural Characteristics of
The valve body is manufactured from forged stainless steel with dense metal structure, offering higher mechanical strength and superior pressure resistance compared to cast construction, suitable for medium- and high-pressure piping systems.
The full-bore flow passage minimizes flow disturbance, reducing pressure drop and energy loss during operation.
Under line pressure, the ball is pushed against the downstream seat, providing stable and reliable bidirectional sealing.
Direct butt welding to the pipeline eliminates flange sealing surfaces, reducing potential leakage points and making the valve ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure, or hazardous media services.
A 90-degree rotation enables fast opening and closing with low operating torque, suitable for frequent operation.
- When fully open or fully closed, sealing surfaces are isolated from direct flow erosion, reducing wear and extending service life.
Suitable for water, steam, oil, gas, and corrosive media, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, and general industrial facilities.
