Structural Characteristics of
Utilizing ASTM A105N forged steel, this valve offers a much denser molecular structure without the porosity or sand holes found in castings. It is engineered to withstand extreme pressures of Class 2500 (approx. 42MPa), making it essential for critical high-pressure industrial lines.
Features an advanced Pressure Seal bonnet design. Unlike traditional bolted bonnets, the internal pressure helps to tighten the seal. This ensures zero leakage in high-temperature steam and high-pressure superheated condensate services, even under thermal cycling.
The Piston-type internal design ensures the disc moves smoothly within guide rings. This mechanism is particularly effective in hydraulic systems or high-pressure gas lines with fast flow rates and frequent pressure fluctuations, providing more precise backflow prevention than swing types.
The combination of A105N forging and hard-faced seating surfaces ensures exceptional performance with high-temperature media like thermal oil, petroleum products, and boiler feedwater. With a temperature rating up to 425°C, it maintains sealing integrity during harsh thermal cycles.
Due to its compact and ultra-high-strength design, it is the ideal choice for critical sections in thermal power plants, oil refineries, and chemical fertilizer plants. The socket weld connection ensures permanent safety and stability of the piping joints under extreme vibration.
