Crafted from high-strength A105N forged steel, the body is engineered to endure intense pressure pulsations and rapid temperature swings during blow-off operations. This resilient structure prevents thermal fatigue cracking during boiler drainage, offering far greater safety and reliability than cast alternatives.
The Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) configuration isolates the operating threads from the flow path. When discharging industrial wastewater containing silt, slag, or scale, the critical threads remain unexposed to debris, effectively preventing seizure and ensuring consistently smooth operation.
Tailored for high-velocity blow-off services, the trim is hardened to provide exceptional erosion resistance. Even under the continuous scouring of high-pressure concentrates or debris-laden media, it maintains bubble-tight sealing, solving the common “leak-through” issues found in standard valves.
Featuring a unique “Flanged Inlet + Fitting Outlet” configuration, this valve is an ideal component for sampling lines or drain collection systems. While the flanged end ensures a robust main-line connection, the customized outlet facilitates easy attachment to hoses or small-bore drain pipes, simplifying on-site assembly.
The exterior undergoes a precision black phosphating process, forming a dense chemical protective layer. This ensures superior corrosion resistance in humid pump rooms or outdoor tank farm environments, not only extending the visual service life but also preventing external rust from interfering with the mechanism.
