Strictly adhering to ASME B16.5 flange standards, this valve integrates seamlessly into offshore oil/gas platforms or chemical skids without specialized adapters. The convenience of flanged ends allows for off-line maintenance or rapid replacement without compromising the main pipeline, drastically minimizing production line downtime.
Featuring a split-type stuffing box with self-lubricating graphite and braided rings, supported by constant gland bolt pre-loading. In scenarios like power plant saturated steam or thermal oil systems with frequent thermal cycling, this structure compensates for expansion and contraction, ensuring a durable and reliable dynamic seal at the stem.
