API Cast Floating Ball Flange Ball Valve
This API cast floating ball flange valve is designed for on-off control in industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured from WCB cast carbon steel, it provides solid structural integrity for general service applications. The floating ball configuration enhances sealing performance during operation. Equipped with RF flanged ends and manual operation, it is commonly used in oil, chemical, and general industrial installations.

Structural Characteristics of
The valve body is manufactured from high-quality WCB cast steel, with proper heat treatment and machining to ensure excellent strength, toughness, and pressure resistance, fully complying with ANSI / ASME standards for medium to high-pressure services.
Under line pressure, the floating ball is pushed against the downstream seat, ensuring tight sealing and reliable bi-directional shutoff performance.
ANSI standard flanged ends with raised face (RF) provide easy installation, removal, and maintenance, ensuring excellent compatibility with standard pipeline systems.
Manual operation with 90-degree rotation enables fast opening and closing, requiring low operating torque and ensuring smooth control.
Sealing surfaces are protected from direct flow erosion when fully open or closed, reducing wear and extending service life.
Suitable for water, oil, gas, steam, and other general media, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, natural gas, and industrial pipeline systems.
